• Manage WOC Networking Department
  
• Plan and coordinate installation and support of company hardware, software and networking equipment
  
• Design and implement strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets current and future requirements.
  
• Ensure service level agreements are met
  
• Ensure software licenses are not violated
• Manage departmental budget
  
• Establish and maintain written and verbal communications with appropriate personnel regarding pertinent Network activities.
• Oversee administration of user accounts, permissions and access rights.

• Four year university degree or college diploma or equivalent amount of education and experience.
  
• A minimum of 8 years experience in networking, 3 of which must have been in a supervisory or managerial capacity..
  
• In depth knowledge and understanding of networking concepts and technologies
• Extensive hands on experience in dealing with PC and networking hardware and software
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
